He is survived by: his mother Kimberly Ratliff Harvey of Accoville; his children, James Ratliff, Jaxton Goodman and Addylon Ratliff; his sisters, Jacklin Ratliff of Accoville, Kellie Allen (Eric) of Greenville and Bobbie Jo Harvey of Kistler; his stepsiblings, Jay Harvey of Landville, Scott Harvey of Lundale, Bonnie Caserta (Nick) of Accoville and Ashley Harvey of Robinette; and his aunts and uncles, Sis (Raymond Young), Kay Jewell, Mike (Lisa Ratliff) and Carolyn (Kenny Adkins). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
