He is survived by: his children, Cathy Cantrell (Chris) of Vinton, IA and Chris Chustz (Eden); his stepson Corky Ervin; his grandchildren, Heather Mayne, Justin McCloud, Stevi Chustz, Alyssa Cantrell and Erin Cantrell; his stepgranddaughters, Samantha Boyce, Mariah Ervin, Emily Ervin and Sadie Ervin; and his siblings, Lois Ann Patrick, Kenneth Chustz (Cathy), Eliska Davis (Dwayne) and Paul Chustz (Nancy). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
