He is survived by: his wife Sandra Roy Knotts; his children, Rick Knotts, Brian Knotts (Beth), Donnie Roy of Rowlesburg, Elizabeth Scott (George) of Williamson, WV, Mary Jennings (Nathan) of Fellowsville and Kimberly Cramer (Glenn) of Rowlesburg; his siblings, John Knotts of Ohio, Charles Knotts (Chuck) of Grafton, Joseph Knotts of Fellowsville, Vicki Long of Tunnelton, Charlene Long of Tunnelton, Donna Hawkins of Newburg, Penny Bolyard of Terra Alta and Trina Knotts of Canton, OH; his grandchildren, Hailiee, Tyler, Levi, Austin, Taylor, Sayer, Kaydence, Freedom and Sara; and his great grandchild Ricky Joe Stone, III.
