We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2024, at the age of 74, Wendell Glenn Hileman of Kingwood, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Wendell departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Wendell. Though Wendell may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Ray and Lesta Dale Hileman (Messenger); his siblings, James, Donald Hileman and Jacqueline (Sue); his brothers-in-law, Gerald Schnurr and Bryan Steele; his parents-in-law, Mervin Knotts and Susie Knotts; his stepson Perry Dacey; and his nephew Joshua Knotts.
