She is survived by: her children, Floyd Fulk Jr. (Rita Mae) of Kingwood and Diana Wolfe of Kingwood; her sister Izetta Goff; her grandchildren, Brandt, Nikki Fulk, Courtney, Ed Cooke, Brianna and John Greco; her husband Floyd Charles Fulk Sr.; and her brothers, Clifford Smith (Martha) and Dayton Smith (Margaret).
