She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sypolt and Bonnie Sypolt; her fiancé Timothy Atwood; and her children, Belva Turchik and Johnathan Turchik.
She is survived by: her son Jay Turchik II (Ashley) of Kingwood; her grandchildren, Oceana Moats, Charlotte Owens and Ari Turchik; and her brother Donald Sypolt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
