She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Allen Moats and Pearl Leona Moats (Simmons); and her siblings, Richard, Dewey Moats, Nellie, Geraldine, Bonnie and Madaline.
She is survived by: her son Harvey Allen Moats, Jr.; her siblings, Clarence Moats, Burt Moats and Margaret Larue; and her grandchildren, Brian, Sue Ann, James, Ronald, Joseph and Crystal. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
