He is survived by: his children, Dennis Ray Wagster of Lawton, OK, Tina Marie Wagster of Lawton, OK, Billie Joe Costilow of Parkersburg, WV and Elizabeth Buvalla (Dave) of Parkersburg, WV.; his grandchildren, David Wilhelm of Kingwood, Lisa Wilhelm of Parkersburg and Michael Costilow of Parkersburg; his great grandchildren, David, Bryson, Adian, Elijah, Serenity, Dayvanie and Solomon; and his sister Diana Cage of Neenah, WI.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
