He was predeceased by: his father Arthur "Art" George Jr.; his grandparents, Arthur, Betty Jean "Maxine" George, James M. and Ruth G. Sams; and his uncles, Willis Hugh George, Jimmy Joe George and Andrew Joseph Tatich.
He is survived by: his mother Sandy George (Sams) of Kingwood; his fiancée Natalie Stafford of Morgantown; his children, Catelyn Ruth George of Morgantown and Hayden James George of Morgantown; his sister Kimberly L. George (Todd); his nieces, McKenna Ruth Warnick and Madeline Sophia Warnick; his aunts, Sharon Ann George-Tatich of Wheeling and Linda; his great-aunt Elizabeth George of Morgantown; his cousins, Andrew "Drew", Ashley Tatich of Morgantown and Allison Jane Wright-George of Morgantown; and his pet Axel George.
