He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Marietta Jane Goines Sr. (McDonald). He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Johnna Goines), John (Ashley Goines), Jason Goines (Nichole Lovejoy) of Masontown and Jesse (Kristina Goines); his brother Frank Goines of Reedsville; his grandchildren, Paige, Alexis, Quentin, Myah, Ashton, Jaden, Layla, Jeremiah Goines and Hailey Goines; and his great grandchildren, Amar'e Floyd, Isaiah, Kingston and Megan Williams.
