He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl George Newlon, Sr. and Betty Lou Newlon (Pumphreys); his wife Joann DeBerry; his son Michael DeBerry; and his siblings, Janice Moats, David Allen Newlon, Carl George Newlon, Jr. and John Henry Newlon.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Newlon of Kingwood; his children, Steve DeBerry (Amy) of Reedsville, Patrick DeBerry of Reedsville, Christopher Riley of Kingwood and Brittany Riley of Kingwood; his niece Makayla Zweyer of Reedsville; and his nephew Scott Newlon (Laurie). He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
