He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Albert and Doris P. Kelly Wilhelm; and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Jr. and Phyllis Collins.
He is survived by: his children, David Wilhelm (Stephanie) of Kingwood and Lisa Wilhelm of Frostburg, MD; his siblings, Joseph Wilhelm, John Wilhelm (Karen) and Mary Brewer (Bill); and his grandchildren, David, Dayvanice, Serenity, Solomon, Bryson, Adian and Elijah.
