He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Ann Turner (Halbritter); his daughters, Shelly Turner of Washington, DC and Stephanie Turner of Kingwood, WV; his grandchildren, Alec Oilar (Raven), Jordyn Oilar Kondoff (Jerik), Madison Blaney, Henry Layne V and Elizabeth Layne; and his sister Patricia Bradley of Washington, PA..
