He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynn Forshey (Duke); his children, Robert "Bob" Forshey (Melissa) of Kingwood and Kalan Wolford (Chris) of Tunnelton; his mother-in-law Delores Duke of Kingwood, WV; his stepsons, Jeremy Smith of Hurricane, WV and Wes Smith (Angie) of Reedsville, WV; his grandchildren, Karleigh Wolford, Brooke Smith, Raegan Smith, Scott Smith, Bob and Tammy; his siblings-in-law, Ed Ritchie (Holly) of Winchester, KY, Nancy Forshey of Uniontown, OH, Maria Forshey of Ortonville, MI, Roger and Donald Ridenour; his close friend Doug Baker; and his pets, Rocky, Sissie, Izzy, Calli and Gizmo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
