He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Harold Knotts and Audrey Knotts of Kingwood, WV.; and his sister Maryann McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Joshua Knotts (Leann) of Washington, PA and Nathaniel Knotts of Morgantown, WV; his sister Patricia Pyles of Reedsville, WV; his brother-in-law Douglas Mark McDonald of Masontown, WV; and his granddaughters, Kendall and Delaney Knotts of Washington, PA.
