He is survived by: his parents, Connard Ray and Mary Rosetta Estep (Plum); his wife Clarissa "Crissy" Lynn Carr Estep; his children, William Carter Estep and Grace Ryan Estep; and his siblings, Michael Ray Estep and Darlene Edna Antoine of Newark, DE..
