He is survived by: his parent Teresa Fletcher Barlow; his son Paul Barlow, Jr.; his wife Brenda of Kingwood; his daughters, Debbie Sims (Randall) of Proctor and Brenda Teets (Eddie) of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Joseph Teets (Cortney), Erica Jackson (Brian), Tim Sims (Danielle), Joshua Sims, Danielle Barlow, Patty Jo Barlow and Paul Barlow III; his great grandchildren, Brianna Jackson, Madelyn Jackson, Allyson Teets and Bryson Teets; and his spouse Betty Elene Gower Barlow.
