He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernadine Clark and Evelyn Thomas Clark; his siblings, Jack, Larry, Lowell Clark and Loralli Clark; and his sisters-in-law, Christine Clark and Cathern Burke.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Clark (Burke); his children, Terry Clark (Kim), Beverly Conley (Fred), Brenda Armstead and Melinda Black; his brother Lynwood Clark (Shirley); and his brothers-in-law, Robert and Charles Burke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
