She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Gail and Alice Thorn Streets of Virginia; and her grandparents, Henry, Grace Streets, Willie and Hannah Thorn.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Fizer, Jr. of Kingwood, John of Morgantown and Alicyn Penick of Morgantown; and her brother Shawn Allen Streets of Howesville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
