She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Goff and Jessie Trowbridge Goff; her husband Dayton Burrell Smith; her daughter Betty Smith Nestor; and her grandson Aaron James Smith.
She is survived by: her children, James Smith (Kathy) of Bruceton Mills, Sheldon Smith of Kingwood, Donna Miller (Jim) of Bruceton Mills, Dena Everly (Larry) of Bruceton Mills and Beverly Nicholas (Nickolas) of Canonsburg, PA. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
