She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph James and Victoria Teresa Brailer (Rickelman); her husband Robert Junior Bailey; her grandson Robert A. Bailey, Jr.; her son-in-law James Everly; and her siblings, John Brailer, Paul Brailer, Ambrose Brailer, Elizabeth Barlow, Isabella Wolfe and Lucy Motsay.
She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Bailey (Shirley), Brian E. Bailey, Jennifer Bailey Bates (John) and Cheryl Bailey Everly; her grandchildren, Jennifer Davis (Brian), Karen DeLancey (Michael), James Bailey (Pam), Suzanne Forman (James), James Everly and Holly Everly; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily, Dakota, Brant, Lilly, Katie, Emma and Carson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
