He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertus Clarence and Mable Evelyn Plum (Trickett); his son Michael Dwayne Plum; and his brothers, Willard Lee Plum, Clarence Allen Plum (Beatrice) and Donald Eugene Plum.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Eileen Plum (Ervin); his children, Amanda Kay McKinley (Nathaniel), Jason Brian Plum and Ernest Lee Plum; his grandchildren, Samantha "Gert", Ethan and Justin; his sister Sandra Kay Walton (Paul "Joe"); and his sisters-in-law, Freda Plum and Bernice Plum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
