He is survived by: his wife Shannon Garlitz (Graham); his children, Amanda Rinkes (Chuck) of Kingwood and Dakota Garlitz (Lindsey) of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Madelyne Garlitz and Benjamin Rinkes; his siblings, Dr. John Garlitz (Toby) of Lewisburg, Tammy Nutter of Clarksburg, Tonya Bray (Glenn) of Edmond, OK and Timalisa Jackson (Brett) of Ft. Myers, FL; his siblings-in-law, Tanya White of Albright, Rick Shrout (Susan), Mike Graham of Kingwood and Eric Graham (Beverly) of Kingwood; and his mother-in-law Jeniffer Graham (Roy Watkins) of Kingwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
