He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Howard Knotts and Hazel Blondel Knotts (Evanson). He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Knotts of Kingwood, Vickie Savage of Kingwood and Leslie Blosser (Roger) of Masontown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his 3 dogs.
