He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Taylor and Vera McClure Taylor; his stepfather Lloyd Wilhelm; and his siblings, Walter, Fred, Rex Taylor, Hubert Wilhelm, Christine Martino and Madlyn Menear.
He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Vicky Graham (Mark) of Kingwood and John Taylor (Sherry) of Jacksonville, NC; his stepchildren, Marcia Bolyard (Greg) of Morgantown, Renee Crogan, Weese, Phill of Washington, PA, Alan Jones of Morgantown and Brian Jones of Kingwood; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Graham Guinn (Scott), Whitney Graham Dillsworth (Josh), John Taylor III, Amanda Taylor, Christopher Bolyard, James Crogan (Emily), Tara Crogan, Aubrey Crogan, Logan Jones and Laken Jones. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
