He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rothschild Everly; his children, Anne Wales Everly and John Donald Everly III; his grandchildren, Nora Thorbjornsen Everly, Eva Thorbjornsen Everly, Declan George Cuddy, Colin Howard Cuddy and Rose Glendolyn Cuddy; his daughter Nancy Head Thode; his grandchildren, Anne and John; and his pets, Scruffy, Gretchen, Tammy, Daisy, Nicky, Henry, Sammy, Poppy, Lilah and Butch.
