She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Pugh and Mary Hoff Pugh; and her brother Jay Pugh (Marissa Clinkinbeard) of Fairfax. She is survived by: her husband Neil A. Reed of Kingwood; her children, Kim (Alan Clinkinbeard), Tammy (Jeff Sisler) and Stephen (Leni Reed); her grandchildren, Dr. Zachary Sisler (Delilah) of Carlisle, PA, Luis Clinkinbeard of Greenville, IN, Alexandra Shreve (Richard) of Philippi, WV and Ethan Neil Reed of Summerville, SC.; her sister Mary Sue Koubek of Walnut Creek, CA.; and also, Norma Costello, Esther Sanders, Leni Reed, Alexandra Sisler, Robin Feather, Melody "Blue" Keller, Caring and Dr. Bonnie Forman. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
At the family's request, donations can be made in Jan's name to the Wesley United Methodist Church, the James C. McGrew Historical Society, and WV Caring of Preston County.
