He is survived by: his wife Linda Duley; his children, Jimmy Dale Kisner, Jr. (Lori), Tina Kay Reardon and Kimberly Joy Glaude (Stephen); his stepdaughter Vicki Lynn Sigley (Gary); and his siblings, Robert Junior Kisner, John Lee Kisner and Patricia Ann Everetts-Poling. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
