He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertus Martin and Pauline Craig (Gilmore); his in-laws, Kenneth and Mildred Snyder; and his brother-in-law Donal Bolyard.
He is survived by: his wife Anita; his son Kenneth (Shannon); his grandson John of Kingwood; his children, Christopher (Kelly), Katelyn and Camryn of Greenville, SC; his sister Jeanne Arnold (Bill) of Cabins, WV; his sister-in-law Jean Bolyard of Kingwood; his nieces and nephews, Amy Berg (Marty) of Petersburg, WV, Robert Rexrode (Rachel Barnes) of Greenville, SC, Debbie Royce (Chip) of Kingwood, Scott Bolyard of Kingwood and Donna Meyers (Mark) of Canonsburg, PA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucas Berg (Sarah), Emma Berg, Henry Rexrode, Graham Rexrode, Nick Royce, Alex Royce, Nathan Bolyard (Taelor), Ashley Bolyard, Samuel Meyers and Olivia Meyers; and also Forrest Scott Bolyard.
