He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond LeRoy Hilliard and Erma Lucille Hilliard (Palmer); his wife Betty Hilliard; and his siblings, James Hilliard, Raymond Hillard, Alice Millwood and Mary Ann Hilliard.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Kirsten Daugherty, Mikey, Kayla Gamble and Keri Gamble; his great grandchildren, Landon Daugherty and Lochlan Daugherty; and his sisters, Hazel DeBolt of Stow, OH and Donna Murphy of LaPorte, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
