With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Mae Gibson of Kingwood, West Virginia, born in Rowlesburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 25, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ellsworth and Alice Mae Garlitz Calhoun; her husband Arnold Junior Gibson; her daughter Carol Sue Gibson; and her brother Robert Calhoun.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Lee Gibson, Sr. (Imogene Frances) and Mary Alice Braham (Bradley Kent); her brother Charles David Calhoun (Rhonda); and her grandchildren, Carl Lee Gibson, Jr. (Danielle), Haley Elizabeth Braham-Nelson (Bardon), Jennifer Sue Gibson and Darcy Lynne Braham. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kingwood Apostolic Church Food Pantry.
