She was predeceased by: her mother Della Jane Buckingham (Knotts); her sister Amy Lou Buckingham; her grandson TJ Bolyard; her father-in-law Clarence S Moats; and her brother-in-law Robert Allen Moats.
She is survived by: her father Glenn Edward Buckingham; her husband Clarence "Shawn" Moats; her children, Vincent Delaney Turner, Amber Leigh Carder, Ronnie, Fellowsville and Billy Dean Moats (Heather); her grandchildren, Hunter, Hailey, Scarlett, Jacob and Ethan; her siblings, Laurie Jane Sigley (Aaron), Elsie Beth Buckingham and Glenn Doil Buckingham; her mother-in-law Margaret May Moats (Baker); and her sisters-in-law, Diane Lynn Moats and Margaret Michelle Moats. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
