Glenda Joyce Scroggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2025, at the age of 59, Glenda Joyce Scroggs of Kingwood, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Glenda shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Glenda farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her father Enoch Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Velma Elizabeth Johnson (Scott); her husband David Mark Scroggs; her children, Timothy Mark Scroggs (Brittney) of Roanoke, VA and Stevie Rei Scroggs of Kingwood, WV; her siblings, Robert Johnson (Sandy) of Maryland, Angela Knotts (James) of Tunnelton, Elisa Smith (Richard) of Reedsville and Patricia Auvil (Shawn) of Tunnelton; and her pets, Lily and Duke.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory (295 S Price St, Kingwood, WV 26537). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
