He is survived by: his wife Kathy Miller Duckworth; his daughter Kimberly Groves (Justin) of Kingwood; his siblings, Arthur Duckworth (Cleo) of La Vergne, TN, George Duckworth (Sharon) of Grafton, Claude Duckworth (Reba) of Waverly, TN and Myrtle Phillips (Terry) of Rowlesburg; and his grandchildren, Aubree and Charlise.
