He is survived by: his wife Tina Albright Bell; his children, Dain Bell (Brittany) of Terra Alta and Lacey Cooper (Kurtis) of Kingwood; his brothers, Kenneth Bell of Bruceton Mills and Brian Bell of Connecticut; and his grandchildren, Kenleigh Bell, Grayson Bell, Lainey Bell, Marley Cooper and Delilah Cooper.
