Evalene Blanche DeBerry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2025, at the age of 95, Evalene Blanche DeBerry of Kingwood, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon E. Uphold and Cora B Uphold (Shrout); her husband James DeBerry Sr.; her siblings, Lucille Uphold and Ernest Uphold; her children, Roger Sr., James Jr., Steven and Brenda Hawkins (DeBerry); her nephew Gary Uphold; her granddaughter Sabrina DeBerry; and her great grandchild Anthoney Dankulich.
She is survived by: her children, David (Cheryl) of Masontown, Tim (Connie) of Tunnelton and Cindy (Tim Stone) of Points, WV; and her friend Wilma Keefer. She is also survived by 19 grandkids, 40 great grandkids.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory (295 S Price St, Kingwood, WV 26537). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
