He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Welch (Cannon); his son Travis Welch (Kelly) of Albright; his sisters, Patricia Rodeheaver (James) of Bruceton Mills and Phyllis Stanton (Rod) of Albright; his grandchildren, Aubrey and Cooper Welch; and his mother-in-law Bernice G. Cannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
