She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawrence and Irma Clark (Lynch); her husband Lloyd Markle Budd; her son Richard L.; her daughter-in-law Mona C. Budd; her granddaughter Megan Elizabeth Lutton; her son-in-law Leon Paul Conner; and her siblings-in-law, Benjamin F. and Oletta V. Budd (Markle).
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Lou Lutton (James) of Westernport, MD and Beverly Jean Conner of Kingwood, WV. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
