It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray McGinnis of Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ray McGinnis and Elma McGinnis (Miller); his siblings, Ronald Eugene McGinnis, Charles "Chuck" McGinnis, James McGinnis, Kenny McGinnis, Burline Whetsell, Marcenna Bolyard and Pauline Whetsell; and his grandson Edwin Josephson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" McGinnis (Shahan); his daughters, Amy McGinnis of Kingwood, Kelli Beavers (Matt) of Reedsville and Dee Josephson (Rob) of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Quinton Berry, Laken Root, Gage Beavers, Liam Root and Bob Josephson; and his great grandchild Valentina Berry.
