It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Louise Rohr of Kingwood, West Virginia, born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Edwards and Ruby G. Edwards Allinder (Holcomb); and her brother Charles Sayre. She is survived by: her husband James Michael Rohr; her children, Angie Tracy of Jackson, OH, Danny Lear of Gallapolis Ferry, WV and Rusty Lear (Rachel) of Laurelville, OH; and her brother Mike Edwards (Marie) of Point Pleasant, WV.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
