She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Donald and Mary Lou Auvil Moats. She is survived by: her husband Willie M. Fizer, Jr; her children, Timothy Jay Fizer (Candida) and Penny Jane Fizer (Corey Schaffer); her siblings, Franklin D. Moats, Jr (Tressa), Steve Allen Moats (Deborah) and Rose Mary Slaubaugh; and her grandchildren, Timothy Jay Fizer, Jr., Natalie Faith Fizer, Bo Matheny Fizer, Bella Marie Fizer and Mia Katherine Ann Schaffer. She is also survived by seven step children and 15 step grandchildren; 10 nieces and nephews and eighteen great nieces.
