He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Lenard and Edna Mae Ridenour (Loar); his siblings, Clara Stevens, Phyllis Bolyard and Robert Ridenour; and his great grandchild Vaughn Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly Ridenour (Stevens); his children, Gary (Darla Ridenour), James (Tracy Ridenour), Leonard (Jeannie Ridenour), Kristin (Bobby Johnson) and Karolyn (David Ruggles); his grandson William; and also, Daniele Higgins, Robert, Jackie Johnson II, Matthew Johnson, Wesley, Heidi Ridenour, Sonya, Pat Elliott, Whitney, Patrick Eisentrout, Tyler Ridenour, Tiffany Johnson, Trisha and Chris Koncheck. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Clinton's memory to the Preston County Humane Society, P.O. Box 395, Kingwood, WV 26537.
