She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Wayne Wable and Josie Lucille Wable (White); her husband William E. Wheeler, Sr.; her sister Phyllis Liston; her sister-in-law Carolyn Wable; her stepgrandsons, Robert and Bryan Wheeler; her stepgreat-grandson Carson Squires; and her stepdaughter-in-law Joann Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Jo Koton (John), Fran Blosser, Wendy Lee Shaffer (Allen Plum), Kristy Kay Johnson (David Lee), Steven Douglas Bishop of Kingwood, William Wayne Wheeler (Tracy) of Kingwood and Linzy Wade Wheeler (Sherry) of Albright, WV; her stepchildren, Gary Wheeler of Nebraska and Sue Squires (Gary) of Morgantown, WV; her brother Larry Wable of Rivesville, WV; her brother-in-law Charles Liston of Kingwood; and her granddaughter Jennifer Powell. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
