He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin L. Johnson and Doris Jean Titchenell Johnson; his wife Stacy Titchenell; and his half-brother Michael Titchenell. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Titchenell of Bretz, Joyce Sharps of Reedsville and Pam Sisler (Ernest) of Bretz; and his nieces and nephews, Shelby Cole, Sherry Seymour (Earl), Richard Cole (Jasmine), Emanuel Titchenell (Amanda), Lavan Titchenell (Tiffany), Melanie Titchenell, Christina Deavers, Huaband, John and Ernest Sisler (Tiffany Tayman). He is also survived by seventeen great nieces and nephews.
