He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Duane and Nelma Veatrice Cole (O'Neil); and his brother John Cole. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Cole (Sigley); his sons, Franklin D. Cole of Reedsville and Jeffrey L. Cole of Kingwood; his stepchildren, Joe Miller (Roxanne) and Teresa Harper (Rick) of Tunnelton; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jeffrey Jr., Samantha and Faith; and his great grandchild Dakota. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
