She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Bill" David and Alice Marie Bever Costello; and her sister Melody Scott. She is survived by: her daughter Sara Allison Park (Spencer Michael Loffler) of Grant Town, WV; her brothers, William Costello (Micha) of Crooksville, OH and Timothy Costello (Patricia) of Glouster, OH; her brother-in-law Chuck Scott; and also Cord Scott (Sasha). She is also survived by puppies; several nieces and nephews; and all her wonderful friends and neighbors.
