She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison and Erma Elaine Enoch Blakemore; her husband George Kovach; her stepdaughter Cleta Wilson; and her siblings, William E. Blakemore and Carolyn Blakemore.

She is survived by: her sons, Keith Kovach of Kingmont and Brian Kovach (Cyndi) of Curtisville; her grandchildren, Brian J. Kovach and Ashley R. Kovach; her stepgrandchildren, David W. Ott and Valarie M. Ott; and her great grandchildren, Gage Kovach, Garrett Kovach and Sophie Kovach.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel (201 Columbia St, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
