In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Janet leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Janet may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Sebers and Ezelee Sebers; her husband Gary D. Rowe; and her siblings, Shelby Tucker, Shirley Morrison and George Sebers.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Thompson (Bill) of Lima; her daughters, Vickie O'Quinn (Chuck) of Durham, NC and Valerie Angel (Chris) of Mount Carbon, WV; her granddaughter Ursula Perry (Josh) of Charleston, WV; her son Gary Rowe; and her great grandchild Londyn Angel Perry.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kimberly Church of God (1367 Armstrong Creek RD, Kimberly, WV 25118). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
