He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Austin and Anna Bell Hester Marcum; and his sister Connie Sue Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Burgess Marcum; his daughters, Andrea Adkins of Kiahsville and Tonya Marcum of Kiahsville; his siblings, Sheila Coburn (Jeff) of Kiahsville, Sharon Adkins (Charlie) of Lavalette, Beverly Cravath (Darrell) of Clarksville, IN and Paul Johnson (Maxine) of Hartsville, SC; his grandchildren, Gaige Austin Adkins and Emma Marie Adkins; and his brother-in-law Roger Dyer (Brenda) of Beckley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
