We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2021, at the age of 51, William L. Dixon of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theresa Dixon (Grogg) of Rawlings, MD and Melvin Dixon; his child Brittanii Manston (Samuel); his fiancée Jeannie Metz; and his sister Leanna Dixon of Hawaii.
